Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Crously for using the Crously website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Crously for a business, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Crously helps you design photo carousels, write them with AI, and publish them to TikTok and Instagram accounts you connect, either right away, on a schedule, or to your TikTok drafts.

Your account

• You must be at least 13, or the age of digital consent where you live, and old enough to agree to these terms.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Only connect TikTok and Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Publishing to TikTok and Instagram

• Crously publishes only what you create and schedule, to the account you choose. You decide who can see each TikTok post and how it is labeled.
• Your posts must follow each platform's rules, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the TikTok Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy where they apply, and the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
• Disclose paid partnerships and AI generated content where the platform or the law requires it. Crously gives you the controls to do so.
• TikTok and Instagram decide what they accept, show and remove. They can change or limit their services, and some posts may fail or need you to reconnect.

Your content

You own what you create and upload. You give Crously permission to store, process, render and publish it only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the platforms and AI providers you use through Crously.

You are responsible for having the rights to the text, images, fonts and other material you use, including images you import from other sites.

Acceptable use

Do not use Crously to:

• post spam, misleading content, or content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual involving minors;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• impersonate others or post to accounts you are not authorized to manage;
• get around platform limits, or interfere with, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI writing

AI generated text and suggestions can be wrong or similar to other content. Review everything before it is published. You are responsible for what you post.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan.
• Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing section. If they change, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Crously and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise any number of views, followers or sales, or that posts will always publish on time. We are not responsible for TikTok, Instagram or other third party services.

To the extent the law allows, Crously is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about significant changes. Using Crously after a change means you accept the new terms.
